Photolucida happens every two years in Portland. It is a 'photography festival' wherein photographers may have their work critiqued by gallerists and experienced photographers, gallerists may find photographers, photographers are selected for recognition, and everyone makes love not war. There are a few events open to the public at no charge.
Thursday 6PM-9 is a portfolio walk in the Portland Art Museum Masonic Temple Marks Building Fields Ballroom. The public can see the Photolucida photographers' works. Friday is a photography book publisher display at Blue Sky Gallery 6:30PM-9.
