Portland has several art families. One is the Panders. Henk Pander is a grand painter. His
sons are illustrators, graphic novelists and film makers. Some of their film work shows tonight. Not showing, but worth looking up is their early experimental film The Operation, they reprised it in a project shown at Disjecta. Tonight Selfless is a feature cyber-noir film on identity theft. Subtext is a short on relationships as mediated by text messages. Recommended. At the Hollywood Theater
