The Portland Oak Street Lofts were a creative incubator. Maybe still. It was a cheap place to live and work creative people love. The Urban Honking crowd had some. It was under inspection by the City because it was not allowed to live. One of the City inspectors was called out for stalking a resident. After that, the Lofts recieved advance notice on inspections to roll up the futons.
Artists Carson Ellis, Midori Hirose, and May Burruell were there in the moment. Same time as the Alphabet Dress show. Tonight they reminesce.
