Wabi Sabi Lobby is a show by Alika Cooper and Eric Wesley from LA. Wesley is known for converting an abandoned Taco Bell in St Louis into an art gallery, www.bortolamigallery.com. Here is the story of that project: https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/zmmqgw/why-an-la-artist-turned-an-abandoned-taco-bell-into-a-midwestern-art-exhibit. Alika Cooper is a mixed media painter, sculpts and intervenes. The space, Private Places has very limited hours, so see the opening at this gallery in a working studio that plies the space between Portland and Los Angeles.
