Building 5 is a large high ceiling room in the Northwest Marine Art Works studio complex. They have a pop up today by the galleries of the Portland Area Art Dealers Association https://padaoregon.org/, and Oregon Visual Arts Association partners. The group has grown over the years and participated as a group in the Seattle Art Fair. I have observed a diversication of the collector base to new galleries as a result.
