CETI https://ceti.institute/ is where electronics meets art. Its roots were a meetup of DIY artists and coders, then a program at PNCA, and now it is at PSU. They are a good resource with a maker space, short classes, a host to Teardown and a strong network. This weekend they occupy the old Gap in Lloyd Center for all to see projects.
