Primarily focused on photography, 23Sandy opens a show of night photography, Night Moves, this week. One of the photographers, Portlander Stewart Harvey, speaks of his night photography experience in New Orleans. New Orleans, of course, feels different. The smells, the bugs, the krews, Yoruba magic, nature's decay-regeneration, impenetrable subcultural communities.
