Japanese butoh performer Atsushi Takenouchi performs this evening. He began performing with Bishop Yamada in Northern Japan's Hokkaido at age 18 then soon formed his own group. He was later influenced by Kazuo and Yoshito Ohno. He brings a strong influence of nature to his work. He works today in France and Japan.
