The Portland Winter Light Festival is inspired by light festivals around the world and hometown DIY projects like the Light Bar. It's in its fourth year. So there are more events in locations beyond the OMSI center, including performances in the World Trade Center. It's big enough and dispersed enough that you can experience it over multiple evenings. It's child friendly and popular with families. Some installations are warm wood-burning fire. We may have snow and that will be beautiful!
