Portland is an epicenter in the nexus between craft and contemporary art. The long operating Contemporary Crafts Museum is one reason. Oregon College of Arts and Craft is another. They have some serious foundation class instructors and an increasingly contemporary art oriented student base. Tonight you can see what they have been up to.
