March 27 Women Are
Alla Nazimova (1879-1945) was a groundbreaking Russian immigrant to America in 1905. Her story is fascinating - look it up. She produced and stared the silent film Salomé in 1923. It does have an enigmatic plot. You can see it tonight with a live music score by Dolphin Midwives and Indira Valey. Recommended.
