The contemporary gallery Place in the mall closes tonight. Borne of the recession of shopping, the gallery occupied a mall. Over the lifecycle of Place, there were many stellar shows. With those shows, it has been a place for creative thinkers to compare notes. While the closing is regrettable, all good things must come to an end. It is an fine excellent dénouement.
