Same place same time, is the Siggraph 2013 animation compilation. Siggraph is an academic group that theorizes, writes software and makes graphics in computers. Their compilation is competitively drawn from animation artists and creators of new effects software each year. There is a fair criticism that storytelling is lacking in many films, especially CG films. As this is a showreel, there is no intent of narrative. More action eyecandy, much unfortunately in explosions, shooting chopping, monsters and spaceships.
