Float On is where you can experience float tanks. They were invented by Harvard neuroscientist Dr. John C. Lilly, who would be 102 today. He was an early researcher on dolphin intelligence too. Portland's Float On has published a new edition of Dr. Lilly's Center of the Cyclone: An Autobiography of Inner Space. That sounds like a god read! They celebrate that this evening with a creative crowd. At Float On 4530 SE Hawthorne 7PM-10 Free
