Wendy Red Star, and her 11-year-old daughter, Beatrice Red Star Fletcher speak on their project with 1st and 4th grade classes. The students interpreted the Apsáalooke language in sculpture, drawing and painting. It is the language of the Red Star family and the Crow nation of the Midwest.

Jason Brinkerhoff is a self taught artist from the Bay Area. I was initially nonplused by the work with its focus on the female form. But a little research shows the artist was discovered by Matthew Higgs at White Columns, and has gone on to show well.
