When Where: Landscape and the Frame as Metaphor is a Cinema Project outdoor showing, a rare and popular event marking Summer. It's a program of landscape art shorts by Kren, Steiner, Beydler, Richardson, Cho, & Breer, with readings by Portland poet David Abel.
