June 10-11 Ant Farms

The Ant Farm was an art collabortive active in the 1960's and 1970's. They are best known for Cadillac Ranch, a set of 10 vintage Cadillac sedans from years 1949-1963, buried half in a field in Amarillo, Texas, fins up. Their work was an early instance of culture jamming, like their project Media Burn. The film center shows a documentary about the artists, Space, Land and Time Underground Adventures with Ant Farm.
